Bookings and Cancellation Policy

Regular Timings. The studio is available in 2 slots for rent

Per day call sheet of 10 hours – 9.00 am to 7.00 pm
Half day call sheet for 5 hours – 9.00 am to 2.00 pm / 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm.

Special Timings: 9 .00 pm to 7.00 am.

Kindly Note:

No busy movements outside the studio during this call sheet
No loud speaking and Loud music inside the studio during this call sheet.

Booking Form

Please Note: White floor will be exposed on request for long shots, if we find any damage, foot prints or other marks left on the floor then the members are requested to get painting done for the floor.

Advance Booking. The studio can be booked up to one month in advance via email and later confirmation can be made through telephone / SMS.

Non-refundable. All studio rentals must be paid for at the time of booking and this is a non refundable in the event of cancellation of the studio, however next convenient date is allotted depending upon the availability of studio.

Usage of consumables such as Gateway sheets, CTO and CTB sheets etc will be charged extra.

Support staff (assistants) will provide by us to assist your photographers.

Responsibility. It is the photographer / production in charge that is solely responsible everything during any shoot. No insurance support is provided by us for your men and materials. Members are not permitted book the studio on behalf of someone else.

No Smoking inside studio (can use rear open space or balcony).
No Naked Flames.
No Food or Drink inside studio (can use rear open space or balcony).
Maximum of 10 People.

In the event of any damage done at studio the members shall reimburse the cost of equipments.

We are not responsible for unscheduled power cuts, we can only provide UPS for limited period only.

Members are requested to maintain cordial relationship with the neighborhood.

Any Disputes arising will be subjected to Bangalore Jurisdiction, Karnataka, INDIA.
